Brittni Alston, a native of Charlotte, NC, is the visionary Founder and Executive Director of Perfectly Purposed. A proud alumna of Gardner-Webb University with a degree in Human Services, Brittni is deeply committed to improving the mental health and well-being of her clients. Her passion extends to career development, where she leverages her extensive experience in recruitment and HR support to empower aspiring professionals.

A devout Christian and active member of Union Church, Brittni finds joy in writing, family time, and exploring new culinary experiences. She is also the author of the 30-Day Prayer Journal, available at Barnes & Noble, which reflects her dedication to faith and personal growth.

 Tekeshia Jones serves as the President of Perfectly Purposed. A proud native of Charlotte, NC, she graduated from North Carolina Central University with a degree in Public Health Education. Currently, she excels as a Clinical Research Manager at Atrium Health. Beyond her professional role, Tekeshia is a dedicated pillar of the community, a loving mother, and an active church member. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new destinations and dining at new restaurants. 

 Ashley Kimble is a dynamic leader, currently serving as Vice President of Perfectly Purposed and President of the Golden Bull Adult Success Organization at Johnson C. Smith University. Hailing from Rochester, NY, Ashley is a Licensed Professional Coder and a senior at Johnson C. Smith University, where she is pursuing a degree with a concentration in management.

Ashley is passionate about supporting adult degree students, helping them navigate the unique challenges of balancing academics with daily responsibilities. She is also a dedicated advocate for autism awareness, inspired by her journey as a mother to a son on the autism spectrum.

Balancing a full-time career, academic studies, and advocacy work, Ashley is committed to making a positive impact in her community. Her life is grounded in faith, and she emphasizes the importance of fitness and personal well-being in everything she does.

Ariadnie Graham, a Charlotte, NC native, brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as Special Events Chair for Perfectly Purposed. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Bennett College for Women, as well as a Master’s in Forensic Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Ball State University.

As the Founder and Director of The Next Step, an educational and mentorship service, Ariadnie is dedicated to shaping the futures of her students, empowering them to reach their full potential. She also works as a Behavior Technician in Winston-Salem, where she continues to make a meaningful impact in her field.

A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Ariadnie is committed to service and leadership, embodying these values in both her personal and professional life. Above all, she is a loving wife and mother who balances her family life with her career and community work with grace and dedication.

 Alecia serves as a dedicated Treasurer at Perfectly Purposed, bringing a wealth of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational governance. She oversees the financial stewardship of our organization, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and transparently. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to fiscal responsibility, Alecia collaborates with fellow board members to develop and implement policies that promote sustainable growth and operational excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of West Georgia. Outside of her professional role, Alecia is a loving wife and mother who enjoys reading and baking. 

 Amy McArthur is a native of Raleigh, NC, now residing in Jacksonville, Florida.  She plays a pivotal role as Secretary on our organization's board.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Social Sciences from the illustrious North Carolina Central University, with a passionate calling to motivate, inspire, and assist young women in their professional and spiritual growth. Amy has professional experience in HR, recruiting, professional development, and property management. She has served in shepherdship, connecting with individuals in family, career, and spiritual capacities. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, traveling, and being a foodie connoisseur. Overall, her favorite role is being a devoted mother and loving wife.
